Payment and Additional Prices

☆ All payments will be made via PayPal (USD only).

☆ A 50% upfront payment is required for me to begin your commission. After providing a work-in-progress (WIP) sketch with watermarks, we'll discuss and finalize any adjustments. The remaining payment is necessary before I proceed further with the commission. During the sketching phase of the commission, you are allowed up to TWO significant revisions. After this phase, only minor adjustments, within reasonable limits, can be made. Any additional major changes (such as a significant pose or outfit rework, character change, etc.) will incur an extra fee of +50% of the original final price.

☆ I will handle all transaction initiations. Please refrain from sending any payments until I confirm the acceptance of your commission. Any funds sent to my PayPal without prior discussion will be considered a charitable donation from you and will not be refunded.

☆ I cannot be contacted regarding any issues related to PayPal. Any concerns about service charges, taxes, or other matters associated with PayPal's terms of service should be directed to them. While I am open to hearing your feedback, please be aware that I am solely responsible for the artistic aspect and not involved in PayPal-related matters.

☆ If the invoice remains unpaid within a reasonable timeframe, your commission may be subject to cancellation. However, if you encounter difficulties with the payment, please communicate with me. We can discuss the issue and find a resolution together.

☆ It's important to note that additional charges, based on the complexity of the subject matter, can be introduced at any stage of the commission process. Details regarding these potential fees will be discussed prior to sending the invoice.

Refunds and Cancellations

☆ After we agree on the final sketch, refunds will not be issued. This policy is firm. If you decide to cancel before I start the final work, a full refund will be processed according to PayPal's policies, and the commission will be canceled.

☆ If there's no communication about the commission for two months straight, you have the right to request a full refund. This option is available unless we've discussed specific time constraints or other relevant factors.

☆ I retain the right to cancel the commission at any time without providing an explanation. Nevertheless, clients will always be informed, and a refund will be issued.
