Guidelines

☆ In this document, when I say "I," "me," and "my," I'm talking about the person who owns the service and is the artist, Polysocial. When I say "You" and "your," I mean the client who asked for the commissioned work.

☆ You must be 18 or older to commission me for any work. By contacting me, you confirm your age. Commissions from those under 18 are not accepted. I may request age verification at any time, and providing false information will lead to commission cancellation.

☆ Please carefully review my portfolio on my socials to ensure that my art styles align with your vision for the commission. Take the time to consider whether my styles are the right fit for your project and aligns with your expectations. Please note that I specialize in my own unique styles and am unable to replicate other artists.

☆ Let's keep our communication clear and professional. Remember, I won't tolerate any offensive, aggressive, or abusive behavior.

☆ Please ensure our communication is straightforward, detailed, and to the point. I will ask questions, use examples, and inquire about details if I am in anyway unsure of how to proceed when it comes to design decisions. This ensures we're on the same page, and I can better understand your expectations. I particularly appreciate the use of reference images, source material, etc. They really help in bringing your vision to life.

☆ As the artist, I hold the authority to determine what qualifies as a "major revision." While you're encouraged to express your perspective and I'm open to discussion, the final decision rests with me. I value your input, and our collaboration is important, but it's essential to recognize that, as the creator, I am responsible for delivering the final work.

☆ I want to emphasize that I retain the authority to decline a commission at any juncture in the process.

How does this work?
It's alot easier than you think...

1. You share your creative vision by providing me with detailed information, references, source materials, and any specific expectations you may have. The more comprehensive and thorough your input, the better I can understand and capture the essence of your idea. This is where you ramble! Tell me about your blorbo! Show me playlists, pinterest mood boards, other art that you have of them! Include any and all pertinent details or inspirations that can contribute to the realization of your vision. Your valuable input ensures a more accurate and tailored creative process.

2. Let's dive into a discussion where we can shape and agree upon your creative vision together. This includes nailing down important details like pricing, size, those intricate little details, your preferred colors, and the overall purpose behind the content. It's our chance to make sure everything feels just right for you, making the creative journey uniquely yours. This where 50% of the final price is required for me to proceed in the process.

3. In the span of 2-3 weeks, I'll present you with the initial sketch based on our discussions. As outlined in my terms of service, it's important to note that the initial sketches presented will include a watermark. At this stage, you have the opportunity to request up to two significant revisions. These revisions can cover aspects like pose, facial expressions, clothing, or any other elements we've discussed and agreed upon. It's worth noting that any additional requests beyond the two revisions may incur an additional fee, and I'm happy to discuss this further if needed.

4. Once we've worked through all revisions, if necessary, please allow one week minimum for the next sketch. If more revisions are needed after the second sketch, there will be additional fees. When you're happy with the sketch, we can proceed with the final creation, and at that point, a payment of the other 50% of the final purchase price will be due prior to proceeding.

5. The completion of the final product can take anywhere between 2-8 weeks, post-sketch. Please ensure that your timeline expectations align with mine. The final product timeline can vary depending on complexity and personal commitments, with the likelihood that it will be finished sooner rather than later. I will deliver the final product sans-watermark. There will be a signature, though, as stated in my terms of service.

If you REAAAAAAAAAAAAAALLLLLYYYYYY love your finished piece, tell me about it! Post about it on social and tag me! I want to be involved <3 If you're dissatisfied with the final product, let's discuss it. However, once the final product is presented, a full refund will not be offered. You can find more information about financials under the "Prices" tab.
